Front Squats, GLUTE-HAM Raises, and feet upon feet of snow
Here is a video from today’s front squats. I was suppossed to do this on monday but I had a test that ran long and then on tuesday we were snowed in. I would have been snowed in today, but I said f**k it, i’m getting this shit done I don’t care what it takes. So I shoveled two foot deep snow for an hour and then went and worked legs. Set personal records on front squats (355 for 3 sets of 5), hack squat (6 45s & a 5 on each side for 3 sets of 6) and glute-ham raises (3 sets of 5 holding 17.5 lb dumbbells in each hand). I felt damned good today.
Here is the front squat video. The 4th rep got a little shaky, other than that I was happy with my form on all my sets.

Good job Layne. You ever try any pulse reps going just as deep but only coming 2/3 of the way up? That’ll blast your quads for sure.
