Deadlifts and Front Squats

I’m tired of seeing videos everywhere (not nessecarily this site, though there have been some here) of people posting videos using heavy weights with 2 inch range of motion.  Come on now, get your minds right!  This is not about barely moving something… this is about MOVING SOME FRIGGIN WEIGHT!

with that rant out of the way… here are my PR’s on front squats.  I did 3 sets of 335 for 5 reps, this is the 3rd set.  On the first set I recorded it only to find that a gym employee stood in front of the damned camera half the time.  On the second set, my camera didn’t record it because they said it was full, so I deleted some vids & thank god… it recorded lol!  the last rep my form almost broke, but I thought it was still solid.

Here is my set of deadlifts with 515 lbs for 5.  If you have small children around you may want to turn the sound down  :grimm:
