505 lb deadlift for 5 reps video

I got home last night absolutely exhausted from 3 consecutive days of prepping experiments and performing dissections on rats to extract tissues to gather data from for my PhD experiment. Now I know that doesn’t sound like much, but I cannot describe in words how exhausting it is to prep/plan/execute a large scale experiment. I honestly I thought I was getting and ulcer and had trouble sleeping at night. I got home last night after 12 hours in the lab 2 days in a row (in between this time I took a final as well) and was going to push leg day back to sunday. Then I saw Kurt Weidner (another natty pro & friend of mine) had posted a new video from his leg day on another site and I said " you Kurt i’m not letting you outwork me! Went and did 40 sets of legs and fell asleep in the care when isabel was driving us home. Wasn’t my best workout ever weight wise, but considering the circumstances, I was happy
