I have decided it might be fun to document my progress to the pro natural stage using a video blog.  So let’s start it off here.  These videos are from my leg day thanksgiving morning… enjoy!

This vid is of me on the cybex hack squat, at the end of the video I say “Doug, Kurt, I’m comin’ for you” it’s an inside joke to my buddies Kurt Weidner & Doug Miller who are both natural pros i’ll be competing against when I start doing pro shows so I guess I’m starting the banter lol. All in good fun.

Isabel and I will be in Dekalb for the OCB Midwest States bodybuilding & figure championships.  The show takes place at a great venue (The Egyptian Theatre) on the NIU campus.  Isabel will be there as a judge and I will be there as an expeditor and as a featured speaker at a seminar taking place between prejudging and finals.  The seminar will also feature the show’s promotor, Ray Binkowski, an acclaimed personal trainer and competitive bodybuilder, and IFPA pro natural bodybuilder Sean Sullivan, a veteren of the Iron Game for over 3 decades and one of the most successful natural bodybuilders of this generation.  Those who bring a toy to support ‘toys for tots’ to the show will receive a discount on their ticket price.
