 It is December 8th, 2008,  I have made huge progression with my personal appereance and just striving for those goals that are never ending :) my bench is going through the roof, my bf keeps on dropping as my weight continues to grow..and all due to the motivation i recieve from everyone on this site and i appreciate it all and really congrat all of you on just pushing yourself to become a healthier person in all aspects of life :) take care and again thank you!! your all awesome in my book!

do you guys cut up with using creatine..the stuff im using kinda makes me feel bloated i hear you should stay on it but im not sure it that’ll help me out…so if anyone could help me out that’d be fantastic thanks!

Ok today is friday and i wanna just destroy the gym today.  Im goin in at 1 and heres my workout all 3 sets

Bench

wide grip pull ups

close grip chins

lat pull down

incline dumbell curl

dips

preacher curls

tri kickbacks
