It is December 8th, 2008, I have made huge progression with my personal appereance and just striving for those goals that are never ending 
my bench is going through the roof, my bf keeps on dropping as my weight continues to grow..and all due to the motivation i recieve from everyone on this site and i appreciate it all and really congrat all of you on just pushing yourself to become a healthier person in all aspects of life take care and again thank you!! your all awesome in my book!
