do you guys cut up with using creatine..the stuff im using kinda makes me feel bloated i hear you should stay on it but im not sure it that’ll help me out…so if anyone could help me out that’d be fantastic thanks!

Depends on who you are. Some folks it makes them bloated, others it does not. If you are feeling bloated and you are trying to cut up, then drop the creatine. When you are looking to build more muscle and are in a bulking phase then go with the creatine. Just listen to your body.
i used creatine when i want to cut up, just find one that works with you, i liked CREAKIC Hardcore its in pills three in the morning and three after working out and they actually taste like candy when you swallow them.
and if you use a whey protein it helps as well. and no loading this kind. you use it for about a month or two read directions and cycle off for a week. well you do it with all creatine.
