do you guys cut up with using creatine..the stuff im using kinda makes me feel bloated i hear you should stay on it but im not sure it that’ll help me out…so if anyone could help me out that’d be fantastic thanks!

Ok today is friday and i wanna just destroy the gym today. Im goin in at 1 and heres my workout all 3 sets
Bench
wide grip pull ups
close grip chins
lat pull down
incline dumbell curl
dips
preacher curls
tri kickbacks
