It is December 8th, 2008, I have made huge progression with my personal appereance and just striving for those goals that are never ending
my bench is going through the roof, my bf keeps on dropping as my weight continues to grow..and all due to the motivation i recieve from everyone on this site and i appreciate it all and really congrat all of you on just pushing yourself to become a healthier person in all aspects of life

do you guys cut up with using creatine..the stuff im using kinda makes me feel bloated i hear you should stay on it but im not sure it that’ll help me out…so if anyone could help me out that’d be fantastic thanks!

Ok today is friday and i wanna just destroy the gym today. Im goin in at 1 and heres my workout all 3 sets
Bench
wide grip pull ups
close grip chins
lat pull down
incline dumbell curl
dips
preacher curls
tri kickbacks
