Fall bulking

Well well well it’s fall and time to up my calories to put on some size. I will use what I learned from last years bulk and try to do even better this year. I now know 80% of bodybuilding is nutrition and consistency. You have to eat clean healthy food every day and time your food intake to get results. Suuplements are good but the core of your diet is your food. I will start out with some German Training volume to shock my body into growth. I had been using the DC method which I thought was good. I will try this for 6 weeks and see what I can accomplish. I will be using Gaspari nutrition for my supplements during this six weeks. (size on,super pump 250 and novedex xt stak) I always train with my animal pak vitamins when bulking and hitting the heavy weights. I will be using Optimun BCAA 5000 and gluatmine for recovery and all my protein powders are Optimun nutrition. My cardio will consist of two 3 miles runs on a hike and bike trail ran under 7 minutes per mile. I usually go to the trails right after work and bust out the three miles and will try to spread this out during the week. This will be at least 24 hours before leg day and never after. I will train a lagging body part twice a week and alternate the body parts. I have alot of lagging body parts!! Specifically I am going to hit my hammy’s, Biceps, and chest to help them catch up to my other body parts. My gym is almost done with it being a bit over 300 square feet. I have added a leg press, leg extention/curl,roman chair, miltary press bench, and a seated preacher curl bench to my arsenal of machines. I will put some video of my gym and workouts soon. I just got over being sick where I lost 9 pounds to 176 from 185. I will have to start out slow and work up to the heavy weights so as not to injure myself. I lost three weeks of training being sick but my body is now healed of any aches and pains. I plan on updating this weekly to describe my progree and hopefully get some input from anyone who has something to offer me in advice. I’m always open to being helped out because I’m constantly trying to improve. (you might save me some money- I buy so many magazines!) I’m pumped and ready to go! cheers
