Welcome!
So I finally fill out a blog! My first 12 week period, I ended up gaining around 30 pounds of muscle, added 3 inches to my arms, added over 100 pounds to my bench and keep up a 30 inch waist off and on. At the start, I had an 8 % for my overall bodyfat. I never did another reading, and I really wish that I would have looking back on the last day of my training for that period. With knowing a little of my recent history, it is time to return to the present. I have finally regained my motivation that I regretably lost. I feel like I can not only regain what I’ve lost, but add an additional 10 pounds from my original weight and hopefully compete! Keep stopping by and I’ll try to keep your interests up with my progress!
