Ok, I dont know where to start… Its not going to be long but I need to vent. I am as open minded as the next guy when it comes to others and their routines in the gym, but… This is down right mind blowing. There are these two guys who train in the a.m. around the same time I do. Sounds normal so far right? And it would be normal if it was not for the video taping, squat suite sharing, knee wraping, bench press shirt shearing, and the most obnoxious part of this whole display is when they tighten each others weight belts. I know all of these things are legit weight room accessories and or rituals but here is the kicker. There is never any more then 3 plates being used on either side of the bar and they both walk around asking other guys in the weight room "Hey can you spot my buddy he’s about to do 315, you ever seen anyone do 315?" Yuck… It is almost as bad as the 135Underarmor epidemic… You know the epidemic that is spreading the nation faster then the Bubonic plague back in the 1400’s. Its when you see these 135lb college age hardasses walking around with fake lat syndrom, chest pushed out, Shut the **** up and train shirts on and doing the worst impression of a so called bench press.  Im just saying… I love under Armor but come one guys, dont be that guy!

First day of the next 5 months

Today is the day I start eating and training like a bodybuilder again. I have 5 months to see how much muscle I can put on, naturally. Weight depending Im going to do a show in October. Wish me luck.
