I hve been out several times and people say something about "being skinny" . I’m sure anyone reading this feels what im saying. I had this encounter last night..Someone said, " last time i saw u , you were blown up, now you are skinny"……I know it isnt a huge deal, but it runs through you when u work your ass off in the gym and someone says you are skinny..

I GUESS WE SHOULD JUST TAKE OFF THE SHIRT AND LET THEM SEE WHATS UP HUH? HAHA..

I recently started using tru mass by bsn and i must say , it tastes great, i hope the results are like the taste…
