Time to Bulk up after a 2 year layoff !
I thought I would share with a few of my great friends here on bodyspace what my upcoming plans are for myself…
After a 2 year layoff from any kind of bulking, I have decided to do an all out bulk for 16 weeks. From September 1,2009 until January 1, 2010. I think its time I had some good Papa Johns Pizza, Wendys Triples and fries, Taco Hell’s burritos, Dairy Queens Blizzards every once in a while.. Wow, can’t wait, and I am sorry to all of you on diets who are trying to keep things clean, and you just read this..No disrespect.
Right now, I am scheduled to do an in town photoshoot at the end of this month, I will be trying to get as lean as possible between now and then, that final week I will do a water cut to see what I can bring out.
I hope to reach a weight of 200 lbs, never done before, my heaviest was 187 lbs. If I reach 200, I think I could rip up to a nice 170 next spring.
Thanks to all who read this, best of luck with your goals..Stay focused, keep your head up and always look forward and you can achieve anything you dream of….

LOL, bring on the Super Whopper Meal! I’m trying to do the complete opposite as we’re coming up to our summer here in Aussie.
Trying to get a frame that will HOPEFULLY be slightly reminiscent of your current physique. Good luck with the trim down for the shoot and the impending BULK phase!

Nice! Now people will no longer be jealous of how lean you are, but what you’re eating while they’re trying to get lean! LOL. 200lbs? Good luck man! Go out and by yourself some new pants to hold you over! LOL

I noticed the heavy compound lifting in your profile pics, how do you increase the reps/weight?
