So I am out in Iraq and could use just a tad bit of advice. As far as fitness goes, I go to the gym 6 days a week, once to twice a week i go twice. I am in good shape I just have those trouble spots, go figure, I’m a girl, we all have them. Any pointers you could give out to a service member trying to go above and beyond?
