Man, I need to get back to working out, it’s been a while. Now that I lost weight, I really need to pack on some more muscle again. My goal is to look better than what I look now (so I can take off my shirt wherever and whenever) and to feel better about myself.

I used to workout for two hours, doing two bodyparts and waiting for 30 seconds per bodypart. Now, I cut the time in half the amount, and instead of waiting 30 seconds in between sets, I go straight in to another set with a different bodypart. For example, after doing one set of E-Z Barbell Curls, I’ll go straight in to Incline Dumbbell Curls, doing three to five sets each, without resting, this keeps the heart rate up and the blood flowing. I like this routing better, I wish I started this earlier. I also use the HIT program, that really works.

Now that I’m feeling much better, I started lifting today and I jusst finished. Man, it’s been a while, almost a week and a half. That’s long. I felt really fatigued when I was doing chest exercises. Tomorrow is cardio and abs day, so I’ll make the most of it.

I haven’t been feeling 100% lately. I got a little cough, so therefore, I missed working out for about almost 2 weeks now and I am very pissed off! Maybe by tomorrow I will, or sometime today before I go to work, depends how I feel.

I am trying something new and I plan to use it in my workout schedule. It’s called HIIT and it stands for High Intensity Interval Training. I just started it yesterday when doing shoulders and today with my arm workout and man, could I feel the burn, (especially doing shoulders and bi’s). By using HIIT into your workout, you can really feel the burn, the pump and you even can sweat intensly from it, rather than doing a regular workout without using HIIT.
I recomend using HIIT to all of those who want to grow and get bigger muscles. I felt the burn and you can deffinately feel it too.

My wrist was kind of tender from the other day, so I did a light workout with my triceps. I hope it’ll be ok by tomorrow.

HOH! This morning when I woke up, my left tricep was tight, it’s still tight. I don’t know how come my left right isn’t even tight at all.
