I didn&#8217;t do a full body workout, just chest and biceps though, but I did forget to stretch before and after, so the next day, I was a little tight. I was going to lift a little bit yesterday morning and today before work, but I got up late, lol, from falling a sleep infront of the tv the night before and then waking up to turn it off. lol I think I shall lift tomorrow again.
