Different Workout routine
I used to workout for two hours, doing two bodyparts and waiting for 30 seconds per bodypart. Now, I cut the time in half the amount, and instead of waiting 30 seconds in between sets, I go straight in to another set with a different bodypart. For example, after doing one set of E-Z Barbell Curls, I’ll go straight in to Incline Dumbbell Curls, doing three to five sets each, without resting, this keeps the heart rate up and the blood flowing. I like this routing better, I wish I started this earlier. I also use the HIT program, that really works.
