New program
Thursday, May 1st, 2008I am trying something new and I plan to use it in my workout schedule. It’s called HIIT and it stands for High Intensity Interval Training. I just started it yesterday when doing shoulders and today with my arm workout and man, could I feel the burn, (especially doing shoulders and bi’s). By using HIIT into your workout, you can really feel the burn, the pump and you even can sweat intensly from it, rather than doing a regular workout without using HIIT.
I recomend using HIIT to all of those who want to grow and get bigger muscles. I felt the burn and you can deffinately feel it too.
