Slacking off!
Well, so far I haven’t been doing some serious damage, I’ve been slacking. Sure, I lift sometimes and when I have time, heh, but that is deffinately not enough. I want to be able to do more damage to my phisyque, where I can take my shirt off (anytime, anywhere) and heads turn. I think I can do that by Christmas or before. (I hope)!

Plan your workouts and then think of them as a second job that you absolutely can not miss. It will help get you back into the groove.

thanks for the suggestion. I’ve been doing that though and I eventually will.
