Oh man. About three days ago, I did some back exercises that I normally do, but this time, I did some pull ups which I never did before, but I ended up doing about 5-6 of them. I am such an idiot. Haha.- You know how you’re supposed to stretch before and after you workout right, which I normally do, well I didn’t, so the next morning when I woke up, I was so tight that I could not even raise my arms up, and bending over was pretty tight too. Now I learned my lesson, always streatch good before and after!

Since I missed my workout yesterday, therefore, I did a full-body workout today. I started out with shoulders, went into biceps, did a lot of those, since I need to improove on that, did some one-hand tricep ext. and dips, did my calves with 2-3 sets of 30 with 60 lbs of weight altogether. Did some squats and shrugs, and then to end it off, I did a couple of sets of bent over shoulder raises, to work my rear delts, as well as a little bit of my chest. All in all, I had a pretty good workout. I started at around 12:15ish and ended close to 2:00. (Hawaii Time)

Today I did some lunges and squats and I did some EZ-Bar curls and dips. I really need to bulk up my biceps and triceps and I want to get my quads bigger than it already is, right now it’s around 22.5 inches, I want to get them up to or around 24 inches. Same thing with my arms, they’re around 13.9-14 inches, I’m trying to get them up to 15 inches and then probably to 16 inches.

Yesterday I got home from work and I walked my dogs for about one and a half hour. I did some bi’s, tri’s and a little bit of shoulders. Ate dinner; a bowl of salad and some chicken with rice and went to bed around 10:30.

In the morning, I went to see my trainer and we did back, shoulders and a little bit of areobics. When I got home I got ready for my piano lesson and when I got home, I went walking with my dogs for about 1 and a half hours. After that, I did some Karate kicks on my punching bag, about 10-20 times on both legs for 30 min straight. My kicks consist of Front Kicks, Round-House Kicks, Side Kicks, Hook Kicks and Fake Front-Round-House Kick. Before doing my kicks, I went on the Trampolin for about 2-3 min and to cool down, I did the samething, Trampolin for about 2-3 min. My legs felt fatigued afterwards, felt like I ran for about a mile and did some squats.
