Leg Workout
Today, I did extensive leg workout, with warming up on the treadmill for 5 min before I started my leg workout. I did lunges with no weights, one leg on a disc and sliding back, alternating legs; dumbbell deadlift with 15-20 lbs, leg press; two leg and one leg alternating, dumbbell squats, 15-25 lbs; I did all of this in 3 sets of 15-16 reps. Afterwards, I went on the treadmill for 15 minutes.
