I was sick for the past three days. I’m better now, but I’m going to wait and rest one more day before I go back to working out again.

Two days missed

I missed working out yesterday and today. Man, I’m still going to bed late, I gotta get to bed earlier so I’ll be able to wake up early to workout.

I’m getting bigger though. I’m now using MuscleTech: NanoVapor, along with CellTech and I must say, I see improvements coming along. NanoVapor has to be by far, one of the best pre-workout drinks out there.

Finally starting to workout.

November 19, 2008

I finally got the chance to workout this past Sunday, it felt sooo good to lift again. I didn’t do a full body workout, just chest and biceps though, but I did forget to stretch before and after, so the next day, I was a little tight. I was going to lift a little bit yesterday morning and today before work, but I got up late, lol, from falling a sleep infront of the tv the night before and then waking up to turn it off. lol I think I shall lift tomorrow again.

Haven’t lifted for sooo long!

Man, I think it’s been about a year or two since I’ve worked out. I don’t know why I’ve been slacking lately, I mean I’m pretty busy with work and family, but that’s no way not to workout, I was able to combine those three things together. I think I’ll start either tomorrow or Saturday, for maybe about one and a half hour to two.

Want to get back in the groove

Man, I need to get back to working out, it’s been a while. Now that I lost weight, I really need to pack on some more muscle again. My goal is to look better than what I look now (so I can take off my shirt wherever and whenever) and to feel better about myself.
