I have been at my new program for about two weeks now and I am feeling a great difference with my strength and endurance. With this new program, I have upped my cardio and added some new exercises. I am hoping that with time, the weight will start to come down as I am trying to also gain complete control of my diet!! I am completely having more fun now than I ever had. Can’t wait to see where I will be after twelve weeks. It is time to do some serious WORK!!!!

I started my new program on 4 Jan 09 and have been enjoying the new changes it has given to my body. I will probably take it up a notch around 1 Mar. On 2 Feb, I will find out what happened to my knee and will be able to decide how I am going to rehab my knee and what limitations I will have to start out with. Thanks to all my friends on BS for keeping me motivated to continue going. You guys have been great. Starting 2 Feb 09, I will be back to working out my full body, even if limitations are put on me for the time being.

Took my PT test on Thursday and ended up not being able to complete the run due to losing feeling in my leg. I am a little angry about that, but I will get back on track and make sure that I can get through this and pass the next one. I am going to do some extra leg exercises to strengthen my knee back up so this problem doesn’t occur again. Thanks to everybody for your support.

I just finished my three week workout prep and am now about to step it up alittle bit more. The new workout I am going on is to help build muscle/tone and also more intense cardio. This will help me to start maximizing my workout to get the full desire of weight loss and muscle tone I need before I start trying to get stacked. I still plan on reaching my goal of losing 10 pounds by the 15th of July, but I won’t be totally upset with missing it as long as long as I am showing a weight loss or significant change. My main thing is to keep working out. I enjoy the time in the gym and it makes me feel at peace within myself. Thanks to all my friends, you keep me motivated and continue to help me make a difference in my life. Thanks and God bless all of you.
