					<description>Started my workout on the 18th of June 2008 and it is feeling great to be working out again. My main goal is to lose about thirty pounds and tighten up my muscles. I really want to lose some of the fat around my waist and get down to about 15% body fat. I feel like I am starting to see a little progress and I know it is not going to happen over night.</description>
