The figure show last year was a great experience, showed me how far I can push and that I can really get to the shape I want. I then decided to take some time off from training, I really was exausted, I hated chicken(still kind of do) and I just wanted to get back to normal life, being able to eat food that actually taste good. I so I did, but I went way too far with it, the week off turned into a month off and then I took 3 months off. Bad bad idea, now that summer is finally coming Im back in the gym and it’s been tough, I have been getting stronger as the days go by and that’s great and Im starting to see the changes but my God everything hurts. I learned my lesson, I will never take that much time off again.

I have been a personal trainer for a while now, I have competed in figure shows, I have looked really good. Now as I try to get back into the shape I want and know I should be in I catch myself doing the stupidest things ever. I buy junk food and hide it so that my husband does not know I’m eating crap (he really would never say anything)but in my mind as long as no one knows Im eating like s…. then it’s okay. Well, my husband gets up at 4:30am everyday to hit the gym and this morning while looking for fish oil I could hear from the noise that it made that he had found my hidden spot full of junk food. I AM HUMILIATED. I still have not seen him yet today but if I could plan a trip and go bfore he comes home from work I would. I’m in decent shape now and it would not take very much for me to get back into great shape but I feel that I just can’t give up the bad stuff

WoW, as a personal trainer I should know but I guess I don’t. If you don’t lift for a while when you do come back you don’t try to lift as much as you did before, instead you start nice and light, that’s not what I did!!! Decided to go to the gym and workout some legs and some abs and then a little cardio, turns out the gym was packed and I wanted to show I could lift, BAD IDEA!!!! Did some deadlifts, squats, split squats, legs raises, russian twists and now can I can hardly walk, if I’m stading it hurts to sit down, if I am sitting down it hurts to get up. It just goes to show, ITS ALWAYS A BAD IDEA TO TRY TO SHOW OFF!!!

After looking in the mirror and realizing I no longer look like what I should and want, I finally went online bought all of my supplements again, gotta a gym membership where I don’t work so no one talks to me and soon, very soon I will have some nice pics of progress…Good luck to everyone who is in the same boat as myself..Let’s get in shape!!!

Today after about a good 3 months of eating horribly after my figure competition I finally had enough. Starting tomorrow I will go food shopping, will cook my meals and make them all nice and healthy. I also decided to get a gym membership where I do not work, I feel that my workouts are going to be way better where no one knows me. I am extremily disappointed with what I have been doing to myself….
