feeling the burn!!!!
The figure show last year was a great experience, showed me how far I can push and that I can really get to the shape I want. I then decided to take some time off from training, I really was exausted, I hated chicken(still kind of do) and I just wanted to get back to normal life, being able to eat food that actually taste good. I so I did, but I went way too far with it, the week off turned into a month off and then I took 3 months off. Bad bad idea, now that summer is finally coming Im back in the gym and it’s been tough, I have been getting stronger as the days go by and that’s great and Im starting to see the changes but my God everything hurts. I learned my lesson, I will never take that much time off again.

Nothing wrong with a "little" time off, but you know what you have do to and you’ve started, so good luck to you. You’ll be there before you know it.

I learned that the hard way too…….it’s A LOT harder to get back into shape than to maintain. I’ll take the latter. Good luck pushing.

true about taking time off ..everything does hurt worst or is it really that we just are not used to it anymore..luck on your nursing goals..just finished my course..one big exam left than i am free to excercise to my hearts content.
