Back to it….
Wednesday, September 19th, 2007So, I got my internet back finally, so I have posted some pictures. I have some more, like without my clothes that I would rather post when I make some progress, so I’ll wait. I have started a journal(handwritten) and im hoping that it will show me what im doing wrong as far as eating goes. I also have added cardio in addition to weights that I have been doing(2 days a week to start, otherwise I get too worn out), I find it easier to lift than do cardio, or better yet i prefer to lift and never do cardio. I have a boyfriend, he is naturally skinny so he can pretty much eat anything he wants and not do a minute of cardio and not gain any weight! Its so frustrating because while he gets to eat whatever he wants (usually in front of me)and never do cardio, I have to eat healthy and do cardio to stay in shape(wouldnt say in "in shape" right now though)! NO FAIR! I know what it takes to lose fat, ive done it before but geez, its so hard, now that I have a bodyspace I am hoping that will help, considering ALL of my friends are way overweight and tell me I am skinny enough…haha…right.
