Back to it….

So, I got my internet back finally, so I have posted some pictures. I have some more, like without my clothes that I would rather post when I make some progress, so I’ll wait. I have started a journal(handwritten) and im hoping that it will show me what im doing wrong as far as eating goes. I also have added cardio in addition to weights that I have been doing(2 days a week to start, otherwise I get too worn out), I find it easier to lift than do cardio, or better yet  i prefer to lift and never do cardio. I have a boyfriend, he is naturally skinny so he can pretty much eat anything he wants and not do a minute of cardio and not gain any weight! Its so frustrating because while he gets to eat whatever he wants (usually in front of me)and never do cardio, I have to eat healthy and do cardio to stay in shape(wouldnt say in "in shape" right now though)! NO FAIR! I know what it takes to lose fat, ive done it before but geez, its so hard, now that I have a bodyspace I am hoping that will help, considering ALL of my friends are way overweight and tell me I am skinny enough…haha…right.

    Well I think you look incredible so far…I cant say a whole lot about posting pics because I am in the same boat about not wanting to post pics….I know I need too though….you look great so any pics you post Im sure would be good. Take care

    I used to be able to eat whatever but eventully my metabolism slowed down. Now I’m kickin it back up by doing a.m cardio and p.m lifting and eating real clean. It’s VERY hard when people eat lots of nice things in fron of you, (my wife does that a lot!), which kills me in the evening when I can’t have carbs! Right now my whole office are having fish and chips. ah man….
    You gotta tell yourself who’s gonna look best in the long run… YOU BABY~!!

    This totally reminds me of that commercial with the stick figure man and woman where she’s all like "My husband, he stopped drinking soda and lost 30 lbs. I stop drinking soda and loose 1. He eats less and loses 20 lbs, I gain weight! He takes up running and… what’s up, are you aiming for ZERO or something?"…. Dudes are lucky that they have solid metabolisms (for the most part)… however, I’ve noticed that since I started trying to eat clean (and in my case I’m trying to gain, but a clean gain)… I eat a lot more… like a dude! There is something to be said for frequent meals of lean beef and potatoess! You’re doing great toughing it out through the job and getting started with cardio. Coming from a former runner, if you ever really get bored with cardio, having an iPod of your favorite songs with a playlist organized just for cardio (to play you things to pump you up) really really helps. I used to whip mine out at like 2 hours into a run sometimes to get me going— All American Rejects "Move Along" is really a good motivator!

    Thank You! Hahaha Thats hilarious(the commercial)! My boyfriend and I have seen that numerous times and I told him…thats exactly how I feel. He just laughs though, that man can LOOK at a cardio machine and lose weight…makes me sick!
