So, I got my internet back finally, so I have posted some pictures. I have some more, like without my clothes that I would rather post when I make some progress, so I’ll wait. I have started a journal(handwritten) and im hoping that it will show me what im doing wrong as far as eating goes. I also have added cardio in addition to weights that I have been doing(2 days a week to start, otherwise I get too worn out), I find it easier to lift than do cardio, or better yet i prefer to lift and never do cardio. I have a boyfriend, he is naturally skinny so he can pretty much eat anything he wants and not do a minute of cardio and not gain any weight! Its so frustrating because while he gets to eat whatever he wants (usually in front of me)and never do cardio, I have to eat healthy and do cardio to stay in shape(wouldnt say in "in shape" right now though)! NO FAIR! I know what it takes to lose fat, ive done it before but geez, its so hard, now that I have a bodyspace I am hoping that will help, considering ALL of my friends are way overweight and tell me I am skinny enough…haha…right.

So I took a week off of weight training and got down to 152 and now that I have started back(and my diet isnt perfect all the time either) weights I weigh 162. This is very disappointing to me. I also was not doing cardio and I just started doing 45 minutes on the stair climber(the one with the moving stairs)2 times a week. I will keep updating my profile and see how it goes from there. I am not weighing myself anymore, I tend to weigh myself at least once a day(bad habit). It also doesnt help that the men at my work(im the only women on my shift,which is graveyard)bring me food(they are extremely overweight)I think they are trying to make me fat or something, I dont know,im FRUSTRATED! By the way, im a security guard and confined to a chair for 8 hours! IT SUCKS

My biggest problem is that I eat when Im bored, not so much when Im hungry. I guess I get bored alot! The past month I have eaten like I will never get to eat again, as soon as I crave something I go and get it, fast food! I think its my worst enemy! I feel like shit after I eat it and tell myself I will not eat out again. I am a security guard on the graveyard shift so I get bored ALOT and pretty much eat the whole shift. Ahhh…. this sucks!

I spent about 10 minutes trying to post some before pictures but it was time wasted, they are not on my profile…how annoying, I will try to get some up soon. Im kinda embarrassed to put them up but you have to start somewhere, right? But I WILL look good soon!
