I am starting a 4 month plan which will be completed by the end of the year. I will report every 2 weeks on my progression and the traning plan starts Monday 31 Aug.
My plan it to down down to 182 Lbs from 205.4 Lbs throught intense boxing and Muay Thai.

Carn’t wait, I want brock to kick mirs ass, even tho after the TUF series where he coached he seemed like a preety nice guy & good personality.
Bisping to win over hendo got to support UK, but i really think this is bisping time.
GSP V Alves a fight I carn’t wait for, if someone said you can only watch 1 fight out of the whole year it would be this one. I think alves is a big threat for GSP’s title and its defininatly GSP’s biggest challenge cause alves is a knockout machine. The fight is underated, avles is underated and trust me alves is a warrior.

I trained 3 times last week and only managed to loose 2Lbs in the last 2 weeks.
Its time to get serious, the next 2 weeks I’m gonna push my self over the edge, I’m getting a little pissed off now, your gonna witness some next level cardio workout. If anyone is looking for some motivation tune in 2 weeks time and you will see results. My workout is going to be a simple method, high intensity, fast ‘n’ powerful Muay Thai training with high level of boxing movement, combination and drills.

I don’t want to make excuses, a few weeks ago my work place was hit with a virus and I managed to remove it last week so I was tied up with work a lot and my metal punch bag bracket decided to rip in half for the second time.
But I’m gonna keep coming back, I’m training hard in Muay Thai and boxing, my conditioning is really good and strength is there and skills are building up.
I think I gonna compete in an amateur boxing match by the end of the year, I’ll see if I my own words mean anything.

Just weighed my self, from mid Feb to mid June I’ve only lost 4 lbs. I am soo dissapointed with my self, ****. I suppose at least I havn’t gained weight.
Now I’ve got my attenstion, I will report back in 2 week and their will be more pounds dropping. I need to focus and stop messing around. I’m traning well but my diet is not good. Next 2 weeks I’m gonna try soo hard and be below 15 stones which I would be really glad to see.

I’m writing this blog mainly for my self to keep me motivated. When I regulary look up people profile it makes me want to train and push my self over the edge, so I thought I create one my self.
Any way now that I have settled down in my first pro job I have started to get back into my training routine, so now you’ll see me. I found it difficult to adapt training and work on the same day however the sun started to come out making the day look younger so I feel like training more that ever.
