training hard expecting to get my bodyfat down to the level i would like within 2 years as its took so long to put it on, increased my cardio to 5 days a week incorperated 4 day split heavy as poss, new diet six small meals low calorific. as you can see from my pics have made some changes but not as quick as others, but never mind staying focused all year round, so watch this space to see were i will be in a couple of years, and comments welcome no matter how critical all helps to point me in the right direction.
