training hard expecting to get my bodyfat down to the level i would like within 2 years as its took so long to put it on, increased my cardio to 5 days a week incorperated 4 day split heavy as poss, new diet six small meals low calorific. as you can see from my pics have made some changes but not as quick as others, but never mind staying focused all year round, so watch this space to see were i will be in a couple of years, and comments welcome no matter how critical all helps to point me in the right direction.

been quite a while since i last posted, but have still been working jut as hard as ever, dropped more weight and gained muscle which is great. weights room has increased a little to accomodate more weights, hope people will cheer me on as this really help motivate, as am hoping to compete one day, as usual going again, man of many words.

new picture uploaded today, to be honest i have found this last couple of weeks very hard, with keeping my diet so clean and having enough energy to complete weights plus 45 mins cardio afterwards, but not giving up and getting stuck in is working for me, more of a shut up and put up attitude. oh and some great music, plus in the evenings getting on the bike for another 1-2 hours on the roads, for another hard workout, but once its done i feel better for it.

THIS IS THE 5TH WEEK NOW 10/04/08, AND LOST 11LBS IN TOTAL, SO PRETTY PLEASED WITH THAT SO FAR. MUCH BETTER NOW I GOT ALL THE ADVICE FROM PEOPLE OFF THE SITE ADVISING ME ON CARBS AND PROTEINS, BASICALLY i WAS EATING TOO MANY CARBS AND COULDNT UNDERSTAND WHY THE WEIGHT WASN,T COMING OFF. BUT ADJUSTED THAT NOW AND MAKING BETTER PROGRESS, WILL UPLOAD MY NEW PICTURE IN TWO WEEKS TO SEE IF THERE IS MUCH CHANGE. BECOMING QUITE ADICTIVE IN THE GYM NOW AND STARTING TO LOOK FORWARD TO EACH SESSION.

Just reaching my fourth week of training and dieting, my cardio is getting much better now as I can manage 50 mins after completing my weights session. My weights session has now changed to 4 day split, training one body part hard per week to allow ample rest, which allows me they energy to perform large amounts of cardio. ab training is coming on ten fold as I can now do between 12 and 24 straight out leg raises, which I could never do before. so in all staying strong focused and positive. I am going all the way, watch this space.

WELL ITS MY THIRD WEEK OF TRAINING, AND i HAVE PUT A NEW PROGRESS PICTURE FOR PEOPLE TO SEE, ONE THING i HAVE LEARN T IS TO APPRECIATE HOW HARD IT IS FOR PEOPLE TO GET IN SHAPE, IT REALLY IS HARD WORK AND ALOT OF DEDICATION, i AM CURRENTLY TRAINING 5 DAYS A WEEK ON A 2 DAY SPLIT WITH WEIGHTS FOLLOWED BY 50 MIN CARDIO WORK HALF MILE SWIM AND AB WORK, MY DIET IS PRETTY TIGHT AT THE MOMENT, WITH A LOW CALORIFIC INTAKE, JUST UNTIL I LOOSE THE EXCESS FAT, MY WEIGHTS ARE AS HEAVY AS I CAN MANAGE FOR 12 REPS. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY IS AFTER 12 WEEKS OR SO I COMPLETELY CHANGE MY ROUTINE TO SOMETHING NEW.
I WILL KEEP ANYONE WHO’S INTERESTED, POSTED IN ANOTHER COUPLE OF WEEKS, THANKS FOR ALL THE SUPPORT IT REALLY HELPS MOTIVATE ME.

its the 14/3/08 and my first week is complete ( ahh ), I have noticed how much stronger I have become in such a short space of time. And also how much fitter I can now take the dog for a walk without needing oxygen when I get back in, that was a joke, but not far from the truth, my cardio has increased to a stage were I am now starting to enjoy it, my diet is staying clean, apart from 5 rich tea biscuits. whilst I was using the weights today I managed to leg press 400 lbs which is a first and managed three sets of 12. Not really looking at the scales at the moment, well actually had a little look, and lost 2 lbs, but cant seem to find it anywhere, as I needed milk. Terrible joke. well speak to you all soon. stay positive, strong and very open minded.

Today march the 12th 2008 is the first day for serious training, as you can see from my pictures I have quite a bit of work to do, not going to let that get me down as it has taken me a while to put on the weight, so time to reverse the process.
I am starting to train 5 days a week mainly cardio work. With 3 days a week on light weights with high reps as well as cardio. I am going to write my posts whenever I have time but usually once a month to allow progress to take place, with picture.
Today I managed 10 mins bike hitt, 10mins epplec, and 10 more mins on bike, followed by some ab work and half mile swim. I felt ok after this and was fairly pleased.
my diet consists of :
8.00am protein shake, porridge with honey.
9.00am training
11.00am protein shake
1.00 beans on toast
3.00 banana
5.00 baked cod with lots of veg small jacket potato
7.00 cottage cheese on oatcake

hi its now been 5 months of training, and really starting to notice changes, becoming obsessed with training and nutrition, but enjoying every minute of it, knocked down from a four day split to a solid three day a week, training one or two bodyparts with ample rest inbetween.
