got cold and can’t perform my workouts.I hope when I’ ll be ok I would start again as before.

Yesteraday was my fourth week of orderly started my workout.Just my chest improve 3cm.Thats all.What do I do wrong?Eat much,enough rest,work 3 days in a week…I apply all the rules.What’s wrong
