Two Weeks In…

Well, here I am almost 2 and a half weeks into my diet and training program.  It’s going quite well.  Down 3kg and my waist and hips are getting smaller.  Though to look at my progress pics it’s hard to pick….

I’m happy about becoming more disciplined with my eating and training.  It’s hard work to get it all done in time to go to rehearsals / work / etc….  I seem to have a little more energy but I really need to work on getting all my water drunk during the day and getting just a little more sleep.  I actually have a night at home tonight, so I’ve gone to the gym, come home and walked the dog, had a shower, had dinner - it’s only 8pm and I could just go to bed right now.

But I’ve mapped out my weight loss goals and by the end of April next year I should be the exact right size.  That’s if I lose one kilo perweek. Well, I’m in for the long haul because I actually want to wear all the cute clothes that I’ve bought myself!!

    Good job on the shaping you’ve done for your hips so far! Maintain your positive attitude and you’ll do just fine!

    I know what you mean about making yourself drink the amount of water that you’re supposed to! I have that same struggle! I’m not a huge fan of water.. chalk it up to years of drinking sodas and sweetened drinks. I’m getting there, though! LOL

    You’re doing a good job, and I think you’re looking good as well!
