Godly shake recipies
Well hello there people, i’m gonna be posting some GREAT recipe for your Post workout shakes, theses will be bulk prefered but i am gonna post some for cutting phases soon, dont worry guys !
*bulking phase*
Reese Tasty Shake:
2 scoop of whey chocolate
2 tea spoon of Peanut butter (Natural prefered)
2 tea spoon of ice cream (vanilla)
250ml of Whole milk
Napolitain shaker:
2 scoop of whey (you can use vanilla or chocolate)
2 tea spoon of ice cream (there you put the oposite you choosed for the whey)
1 cup of strawberries
1 cup of whole milk
1 table spoon of extra olive oil.
Chocolate milk shake
2 scoop of whey (chocolate)
2 table spoon ice cream (vanilla)
1 cup whole milk
1 table spoon of extra olive oil.
The shake from the tropics
2 scoop of whey (vanilla or unflavored)
2 table spoon of ice cream (vanilla)
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup kiwi
1/2 cup pinaples!
