I am trying to figure out exactly that to do. I am at 33% body fat. Do I focus on losing weight by lifting weights and gaining muscle or do I do lots of cardio to try and burn off the fat then try to add muscle? There is a lot of information on this website but I am having trouble trying to figure out what I need to do.
I basically have no upperbody strenght. When I see most guys lifting 200lbs+ I think something must be wrong with me because I can only bench about 80 lbs. I know it takes time to get there and that every person is different. My goal is to build up my chest, shoulders and arms and lose get down to 10% body fat.
