					<description>I'm not much of an NO fan. Tastes horrible and it's nothing more than extremely expensive, hyped up coffee. And I like the taste of coffee much better.

					<description>I love looking at other people's workouts. Gives me a chance to take ideas, and hopefully share some. This workout looks pretty good. Have to try something similar (although I really like full body type workouts).

Mind a suggestion? Instead of doing 3-5 sets of an exercise, up the weight a good 20-30% and try two sets maximum. You're not &amp;amp;#34;maxing out&amp;amp;#34; with two sets. Rather, just making the workout much more intense. You'll be done quicker (so you can enjoy running, stretching longer, etc.), and trust me, you'll feel it the next day or two.

Keep posting workouts! And as always, good luck, work hard.</description>

					<description>You can still be proud and thankful you got in a good workout. I have days where I don't have the energy and just don't do a workout period. That's a shame. So, even though it wasn't what you wanted, remember, something is ALWAYS better than doing nothing. Probably why I don't have 6-pack abs. :)</description>

					<description>i know exactly man i ranted about this the other day whaen my own friends were telling me to &amp;amp;#34;seek help&amp;amp;#34; while i ate cottage cheese and they had domnioes, any who f'em you know... 
im staring this new thing since i got my new biceps (yup brand new in the mail...lol) everytime they ask me a stupid question like &amp;amp;#34;why r u dieting?&amp;amp;#34; blah blah blah ...
i ****ing flex for them and say:
'this is why im dieting fool... so this baby can get bigger and i can B****slap idiots who ask stupid questions...

I started on my diet this year and have done fairly well, amd where I work, there are alot of fat women who think it is dumb and tell me alt the time I wont do it.  My family and friends think it is silly that I Bring my chicken with me when I go somewhere instead of grabbin a quick cheeseburger. It is silly and sad how things are going downhill in society when bettering yourself makes you a blacksheep.</description>
