I love looking at other people’s workouts. Gives me a chance to take ideas, and hopefully share some. This workout looks pretty good. Have to try something similar (although I really like full body type workouts).
Mind a suggestion? Instead of doing 3-5 sets of an exercise, up the weight a good 20-30% and try two sets maximum. You’re not "maxing out" with two sets. Rather, just making the workout much more intense. You’ll be done quicker (so you can enjoy running, stretching longer, etc.), and trust me, you’ll feel it the next day or two.
