*Today was one of the worst leg workouts I’ve ever had, I just didn’t have the energy. However, on a lighter note..my chest, tris, and bis are sore as hell from the previous 2 days’ workouts. Gotta love it!

You can still be proud and thankful you got in a good workout. I have days where I don’t have the energy and just don’t do a workout period. That’s a shame. So, even though it wasn’t what you wanted, remember, something is ALWAYS better than doing nothing. Probably why I don’t have 6-pack abs.
