					<description>That's an awesome time for walking a 1/2!!!
I ran a 1/2 a few years back and was around 1:54, so walking 2:50 is pretty quick!!!  I'm sure you've passed many runners down the stretch, which must be very satisfying.  And as for the beer....as I recall I could barely drink water afterwards, you are a beast!</description>

					<description>Great Job on the 1/2 man that is awesome. How is the lifting going? My shoulder is doing better and better. Having a massage done tomorrow to start breaking up the scar tissue. Hopefully it will all go well and I will have more range of motion. Alot of the pain has subsided and it is getting stronger with the more light weight workouts I do. Anyway. Keep up the great work.</description>

					<description>Thats a lot of woalking good deal, I actually find speed walking to be harder than running. Don't worry either you or the cat will adapt. Either you will need the purring to sleep or he will feel good about laying at you side. Try making a rounded out section in the covers next to you like a little cove. On the walking you sound like you know what you need to do. I saw you weight loss, quite impressive.
