keep us updated on the half marathon, thats something i just could not do, mainly as i would have to pack my food with me as it would take so dam long, id be straving by half way, well keep in touch have a great new year , and stay strong, chris.</description>

					<description>I'd have to agree with Wmachine on this one...2 hours on a treadmill is very impressive.  I'm glad to hear the winter months haven't slowed you down as much as they very well could have.
My sister is actually training for a 1/2 marathon als.  So I would wish you the best of luck on your continued training but from the sounds of your workout I have a feeling that motivation and dedication have replaced the concept of 'luck' in this situation.  Keep up the great work.

PS-thanks for the comments...and I'll look forward to hearing more about your progress leading to your 1/2 marathon!</description>

					<description>WOW! Two hours on the treadmill,  That's a long time to be in one place even if you are moving.  Do you read something or watch TV during that time?  I run for 30 minutes several times a week and I do enough thinking to solve half of the worlds problems.  What is your mind doing during this time?</description>
