I’m back!
I’m back and ready to get back into shape! I took a long break and had a baby who is now 7 months! My abs took some damage, but luckily the Dr. added a few stitches to my abs to pull them together during my c-section. Started going back to school and really struggling with finding time for studying and working out! I’ve been getting a 2 mile run in every day for the last 5 months and now ready to kick it up a notch! Trying to increase my speed a bit and adding the distance. I’m 5 pounds away from my starting weight before being pregnant and am at a stand still. I’m losing inches, but the 5 pounds are still staying on. I am nursing and think that my body likes to keep some extra weight on for my baby and I don’t like to diet too much during this time. I know it’s time to get the weights going again, but gonna start slow. Posting every workout and every meal took up way to much time, but I feel I’m very consistant with my runs, the clean diet and weights need to be added. Excited to get back into it!!
