Stalled
Friday, May 30th, 2008I am so tired of working out like an animal, eating clean and taking a month to drop 2 pounds. It is so frustrating!!!! I have heard about HIIT so I have been doing that too. Do people have more success working out twice or three times a day to break through a plateau?
I am always starving between 5-12 PM. Drives me crazy. Any suggestions would be helpful for breaking a plateau or calming down the hunger lion in the evening. I am like Seinfield with the cereal too in the evening. Cereal is disastorous for me when trying to lose weight, even Wheaties and Grape Nuts as protein is the only thing I can eat with veggies and still lose weight. Carbs put it right on me. Like glue.
My new happiness is going to the movies and being able to resist popcorn and pop…so proud.
