					<description>Diet is a b(*tch man.  That is always my toughest thing to control.  Keep working it.  I must admit it seems like that is very few calories for someone with your build but I can't get my diet straight so I'm not about to give advice.  Good luck bro.</description>

However, I think you may be eating too few calories to begin with.  Does it bother you that your body may be eating your muscles away as you lose weight?</description>
