					<description>I would definitely wok on the rotator cuff. There are some easy low resistance band exercises that help strengthen the shoulder joint. Ice every night...Good luck!!!</description>

It sounds like an inpingement in the shoulder.  Are you doing barbell bench presses?
If so, switch to dumbells.  I didn't like doing it, as I love using bb's, but once I got used to using db's, I really liked it and I haven't looked back.
Also, check out your posture.  When you stand straight up, do you tend to have your shoulders lean forward?  If so, you need better ballance.  Work your rear delts and your back more.

I had my pain for many months.  I could still bench, but the pain was annoying.  He told me to do these things and that my pain would go away within a month.  It did.  It is completely gone now.</description>
