Shoulder Problems! Any Advice?
April 2, 2009Hey everybody, about 2 chest workouts ago, i realised my right shoulder was giving me some greif on the bench press. The first time, I figured it was just a bad day and worked through it without much thought. and then just the other day i was working chest again and on the bench press it was much more noticeable than the first time. i dont think its a muscle issue because its not the same as being sore from a good workout. it feels like its my shoulder joint thats unhappy with me, but i dont remember doing anything to it that would have hurt it. can anybody maybe give me some advice about little things that i can do to help or maybe some other exercises that will allow me to still work chest and shoulders without aggrivating it anymore? any ideas or advice would be greatly appreciated. thank you!
