					<description>I know that feeling all to well. I called the no sleep high. I have gone 2, 3 .4 days with out sleep, and once in collage 9 days with out sleep. If you feel yourself start to not remember what you just did or how you got to where you are. Sit down and close your eyes and just let your body shut down for the next 10 hours. Your health is more important.</description>

					<description>Being a football coach, I know that you are busy at this time.  I am not sure where you are located but covering TEXAS high school football probably has to be the most energy draining job in August!  But you extra energy is due to your work habits and training. Funny thing is..for me I start leaning out from the top (face first) then shoulders...I've noticed that my shoulders are looking really good so hopefully the rest of my body will catch up.
 Unfortunately that means my legs/hips will be last :(</description>

					<description>I try to look at my food as &amp;amp;#34;Fuel&amp;amp;#34;. It's hard to not get sick of tuna , chicken and cottage cheese. When someone pushes junk food on me , I just say &amp;amp;#34; I don't enjoy eating that stuff , so why would I? &amp;amp;#34; It's just too bad that so many people can't stop eating that way. Or at least keep it in moderation. We all need a break once in a while!</description>

					<description>I am with you. It cracks me up that they find all food that isn't covered with salt, sugar or dressing to be tasteless. To me the natural flavor of veggies and meats is refreshing (unless it is the non-food: protein, wheatgrass or ACV, which generally tastes like a$$, but like you say I do it because its good for me). Can you imagine cavemen saying &amp;amp;#34;Oh I just couldn't have my steak without a side of fries and a coke&amp;amp;#34;? How did they survive?!?!</description>
