I was worried about getting on my new diet.. but after today I felt so full I couldn’t stand it and still was able to eat very clean over several meals and shakes…
The day went something like this:
Wake Up with Muscle Milk Cake Batter Protein Shake - probably one of the best flavors ever!!
an hour later - Heart Health Oatmeal with cranberries
Dessert Shake - Banana (small but a couple of gulps and good)
lunch - Sweet and Spicy Tuna
about 2 hours later - time to workout - Super Pump 250 and a 2 and a half hour workout
dinner - grilled chicken with 1/3 cup whole wheat pasta
i will polish off one more small shake before i go to bed… so far so good… i am sooo proud.. with the exception of the super pump 250 all is well.. the flavor i ordered isn’t my favorite flavor and will take some getting used to in that supplement.. but i felt the results of it just the same during my workout!!
