Early Morning Workout Report
So this morning I woke up at like 2:30 and couldn’t go back to bed… the gym doesn’t open until 5 so i toughed it out and headed to workout…
originally i had intended to do legs and abs along with a little cardio… but lack of sleep really messes with your workout so i did legs and i was spent… i made myself go ahead with cardio but then went to tan and fell asleep for like 15 minutes in there before packing it up… maybe i will make it back this afternoon.. HATE that my sleep being off messed up my workout…

I know what you mean about the protein. At first I thought starving myself would make me loose faster. It didn’t so now I am really working hard to maintain a healthy diet. Thanks for your help.
